Woodmoor Breckenridge House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Cleaning Fee applies to 4 nights or less.
PAYMENT TERMS:
A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure a reservation with the balance to be paid as follows:
A further 40% to be paid 60 days prior to arrival date.
The final 40% to be paid 30 days prior to arrival date.
A security deposit of $ 500 is required to cover any damage caused during stay. The deposit is refunded after departure assuming no damage has been caused.
CANCELLATION -
If the reservation is cancelled less than 60 days and more than 30 days prior to arrival than a 30% cancellation / administration fee is payable.
If the reservation is cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival a 75% cancellation fee is payable. However, should it be possible to obtain a new Client for the period cancelled then only a 30% cancellation / administration fee will be charged.
