We are non smoking inside the house.
We do not rent the house for parties,celebrations ,reunions or similar.
We do not rent to students,only to responsible working adults over 25 years of age.
Please e-mail us first,instead of calling, to check for availability and price,since I may be at work.
Minimum stay is 4 days or more on certain dates.
Pool heather is optional and is priced addit - We rent to families and we have a minimum amount of persons on certain dates.
.We do not take last minute reservations from new guest..
