Refunds (less $40 booking fee) made upon cancellation notice of at least 30 days. Cancellation less that 30 days prior to arrival date, deposit not refundable.
- A 25% deposit is required to reserve this property. Additional guests cost $140 per week for adults and $75 for children. There is a $300 security required. Returned to guest following inspection of home at end of stay.
