HERON HOUSE SUMMER RATES are from JUNE 1, 2013, through September 30, 2013
PEAK SUMMER RATES are $240 / night; $1250 / week. June 1 through September 30, with a 3-night minimum booking
required. Also during Holidays throughout the year.
OFF-PEAK WINTER RATES are $190/ night; $975/ week. Except for holidays--when Summer Rates apply, including a 3-night minimum stay.
Longer rentals are available for our homes from Oct 1 - May 31.

One-week rentals = 7 nights. Check-in @ 4pm / Check-out 11am.

And the couch in the livingroom, if needed. King-size bed in master bedroom has an electric mattress pad warmer! Nice to slide into a warm bed, if desired.
