Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- From $1000/nt and $5600/wk US Dollars
- $1000/night for 2-3 nights, $900/night for 4,5-nights, $800/night for 6,7 nights (up to 8 people*);
We accept personal check, cash, wire or personal credit cards;
We prefer longer stays, but in special cases 2-night minimums will be accepted**;
Pacific Grove City tax of 10% is in addition to rental rate;
50% nonrefundable deposit required to reserve. Balance plus refundable security deposit due 2 weeks before arrival;
