Greenwich Apartment Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- Rates are based on 4 people
For less than 4 people rates are reduced, for more than 4 they are increased. As a rough guide, during low season prices the extra per person per night rate is 7 euro per night, for high season it's 15 euro per night, and the reduction for less than 4 people is calculated at the same rate.
We will consider short bookings (2 or 3 nights) depending on how they fit with other bookings.
Bookings of less than 7 nights are NOT charged pro rata; the shorter the booking, the higher the nightly rate for that price band.
Rates include: Bed linen, towels, electricity, final cleaning. We do not provide a maid service or daily cleaning, breakfast etc. This is a self catering apartment.

- Sleeping arrangements can be very flexible; we have 2 fold up foam beds which can be used in any room, including the lounge, to create a 3rd sleeping area in the lounge. The beds can be used as single beds or side by side to create a double bed, which is lightweight and easy to move when not in use. Bedrooms are large; space for clothing storage is provided and the main bedroom has an easy chair.
