Bonnieres House Rates

  • 50 % of the rent are asked to confirm the rent by bank transfer or Pay Pal account.

    This rate is not including electricity fees for winter period (according to our electricity contract the rate depends on the weather and the national consumption : 50 - 180 euros per day)
    For those who know EDF company our contract is called 'Tempo'
    As an example the red days ( the most expensive ) in spring the price is approximately 50 euro for a day and in winters approximately 170 euro.
    But very fortunately these red days never happens in the week end and only happens 21 days in winter period
  • Non-contractual booking deposit: 50% rent
  • Damage deposit: EUR500.00
