Hiawassee Townhome Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Jan-May $ 900 per week , June -Aug 19, $1050 per week, Aug 19 - Dec $950 per week. (Sunday thru Sunday) or $150-$175/night with a 2 night minimum.
Fri & Sat night at $350. plus a $50 cleaning fee.
Pets welcome with refundable deposit of 400.
1/2 due for reservation with remainder due 2 weeks prior to arrival. Refundable if
cancelled within 45 days of reservation. (will refund later if time is rented).
All payments subject to 7% sales & 5% bed tax. NO SMOKING WITHIN LIVING SPACE.
CHECK IN TIME: 3:00 CHECK OUT TIME 12:00 (later if not rented that day).
Reduced rates for multi-week or by the month.
