The rental rate includes all utilities bills, wireless Internet access, satellite TV, linens and towels. There is one payment of £50 cleaning fees for 5 gusts or less, each additional guest charges at extra £10 to cover up laundry cost (bedlinen and towels).
The rates are based on 5 guests sharing. Please add £20 per night for each additional adult guest and £10 for a child between age 4 to 12, free for child under age 4.
Booking for less than 5 nights, requires the dates is continue with the current reservations.
Discount is always available, if you are booking for 1- 3 people and over 5 days.
A security deposit of £200 is required and will be returned at the end of your holiday subject to a satisfactory inspection of the apartmen - To make a booking. 30% deposit payable by PayPal, cheque or bank transfer on booking with balance due 21 days before the arrival date, or cash payment only upon arrival.
Booking desposit is fully refundable if 3 months notice is given for cancellation
The bank transfer fees, Paypal charge are borne by the guest
Once the booking is made, you have 5 days to send the proof of payment to me by e-mail
