Galveston Cottage Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Rate subject to state and local taxes - 15%
- 2 night minimum Sept.- May. LABOR DAY is a three night minimum.
4 night minimum June-August. Four nights out of pocket is $1980 plus refundable damage deposit
Discounted Summer Week - $2700 + tax + cleaning fee
All holidays may be subject to higher rates.
Rates include all linens. Non-smoking, no pets. Renter must be 25 years or older.
15% tax is added to the nightly rate and $140 cleaning fee.
Stays of 7 nights or more may be discounted
A refundable $350 security deposit required.
$20 PW Beach Club fee per group, per stay required and taken up at Beach Club Pool.
DEPOSIT IS 50% CHARGED AT TIME OF RESERVATION. CANCELLATION FEE OF $100 IF WITHIN 7 DAYS OR LESS FROM RESERVATION. MUST BE 25 YEARS OLD AND HAVE CREDIT CARD IN YOUR NAME. THIS IS A NON-SMOKING HOME. - Must be 25 years old and have credit card in your name.

Fall rates ($325 a night) plus 15% tax
Within 30 days, reservation must be paid in full.
50% deposit at time of reservations plus security deposit of $350 if more than 30 days.
