Formosa Garden Estates is a prestigious, gated community with located just 2 miles from Disney World. If privacy is important to you, you'll love staying at our villa, which sits on a 1/2-acre lot, backs to a small lake and has plenty of space between us and all of our neighbours. Our villa has a beautiful view of the lake from both the front and back of the house, has a heated, 30'X15' pool/spa with an uninterrupted Southern exposure and a sun deck. The house has six bedrooms (2 with en suite bathrooms), 4 bathrooms, a 48 inch TV, HBO, games room (with a/c, billiards, table football, pop-a-shot), high speed Internet (DSL) and extensive coverage of Premier League football. Stay in touch with family back home with our complimentary long distance calling.

Bedrooms/Phone Service: Master King bedroom 1 is on the first floor and has a king size bed, a walk-in closet, a phone, a TV with a DVD player and an En-suite bathroom that walks out to the Lanai area. Master King bedroom 2 is on the second floor and has a king size bed, a phone, a TV with a DVD player and an En-suite bathroom. Queen bedroom 1 is on the second floor and has a queen size bed, a phone, a TV with a DVD player and a Jack-n-Jill bathroom shared with twin bedroom 2. Queen bedroom 2 is on the first floor and has a queen size bed, a phone, and a TV with a DVD player. Twin bedroom 1 is on the first floor and has two twin size beds, a phone, and a TV with a DVD player. Twin bedroom 2 is on the second floor and has two twin size beds, a phone, a TV with a DVD player, PS2 and a Jack-n-Jill bathroom shared with queen bedroom 1. We are happy to provide unlimited, free, domestic and international long distance phone service for our guests. Simply dial long distance numbers as normal.

Family and Dining Area, Games Room, Pool: Family Room has sectional sofa and a big screen TV with DVD and VCR players. Dining Room has table and chairs to seat 6 and has doors to the Lanai area. The Dining Room has a beautiful view of the pool and spa. Our house is equipped with a beautiful 30’ X 15’ pool plus a spa with a spillover waterfall into the pool. There is a beautiful view of Star Lake from the pool area. The screened-in pool deck is 33’ X 40’. There is also a 10’ X 14 ½’ sundeck outside of the screen. The Lanai area has a table and chairs. Lounge chairs are set up around the pool. The games room has a pool table, foosball table, pop-a-and CATV with DVD player. The loft area is equipped with a desk and phone hookup with high speed internet access (DSL). Our house comes equipped with an alarm system, monitored by ADT. Guests may choose to have the house alarm enabled or disabled during their visit.

Entertainment: Formosa Gardens Estates is located just 2.5 miles from Walt Disney World and is only 10 miles from Sea World and Universal Studios/Islands of Adventure. Kennedy Space Center and Atlantic beaches are approximately 60 miles away. We realize you won't be spending all of your time in central Florida at theme parks so we've made an extra effort to ensure the time you spend at our villa is as entertaining as possible. Besides the pool and spa, you will have access to: A fully equipped, air conditioned games room. Expanded TV service from DirecTV including: HBO; Regional Sports Networks; LIVE English Premier League matches; Out-of-market Major League Baseball games; PlayStation 2.
