There is a security deposit of €900 to be paid in cash on arrival, which is refunded minus breakages at the end of the stay.

- A house manager to welcome you, answer questions & help you during your stay.
- Cleaning before and after your stay.
- Maid service 3 days (3 hours each day) per week.
- Free high speed WiFi broadband.
- Pool usage
- Ample bed linen, pool towels & bath towels are provided (and changed each week, if staying more than one week)
- Cot & high chair, on request. - The arrival time on Saturday should be approximately from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. and we ask guests to leave no later than 10:00 a.m. on Saturday.
