- The Master bedroom features a California King bed and an en-suite. Bedroom 2 has an en-suite and can be configured as a double bed, twin beds or up to 3 singles. Bedroom 3 can also be configured a s a double bed, twin beds or up to 3 singles and shares a family 'washroom' with the rest of the house. There is a sofa bed in the parlour between the kitchen and the lounge that converts into a double bed. All bedrooms have ceiling fans, air-conditioning, fly-screening, burglar bars and digital safes. A full time maid will service the bedrooms daily, clean, tidy and wash-up and do all the laundry.

Notes:
The kitchen features a fridge, dishwasher, double over, toaster oven and a micro-wave. It also has a breakfast table with seating for 6. The Laundry has a tub washing machine, sink and tumble drier.
There is a Parlour between the Kitchen and main lounge with a sofa bed. The loung has seating for 10, a wall mounted satellite TV, DVD and CD players. It is linked to the outside dining area by a 15ft sliding door and has sea views.
The Dining Area is covered with a solid roof but is entirely open on the beach side and leads directly to the canopied sun-deck. It has a large glass dining table and seating for 8.
The Sun-deck has two settees, two sun loungers and a barbeque. The decking is extended and has a pool set into one side of it and leads down to a sandy area for private sunbathing with sun loungers and umbrellas. There is a private gate which leads directly onto the beach.
At the front there is parking for 6 vehicles and on the beach side are mature trees for shade.
