Event though our rates are quoted in British Pounds, we also accept payment in Euro and Norwegian Kroner (subject to the current currency exchange rate).
You can also pay via Pay Pal, but please note that there will be a 5% charge.
The rates quoted above are for parties of 2-4 guests. There is an additional cost of £10/€12 per night for a 5th guest.
Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion.
The rates are inclusive of final cleaning, linen and utilities.
The only add-on is a charge of €35 for our ´Meet & Greet´ service, to be paid locally to our representative (€50 for arrivals after 7pm).
We offer discounts for longer stays - please get in touch. - Upon your arrival our personal contact will meet you at the Palanca Vaporetto Station. She will take you to our apartment and give you two set of keys and show you around explaining how things work and answer any queries you may have.
The charge for this 'Meet and Greet' is payable locally €35 to our representative (€50 for arrivals after 7pm).
Minimum 3 night stay - although a 2 night stay may occasionally be possible but an additional €75 linen and cleaning fee will be charged.
Discounts available for stays of two weeks or more. - •The apartment offers TV, Blue Ray/DVD, CD player, iPod docking station and Wifi access. It is equipped with central heating & air conditioning for winter & summer months respectively.
The kitchen has fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher, hob and toaster and is well equipped with cooking utensils, pots and pans. You will find everything you need to cook 'at home'.
Ca ' Eufemia is centrally situated in Venice, on the fundamenta of Giudecca, facing Zattere and Dorsoduro. The nearest Vaporetto station is Palanca, a 1 minute walk away. The Vaporetto takes 2 minutes across to Zattere, which is about a 15 minutes walk from Pizzale Roma (bus terminal) & approximately 20 minutes walk from Santa Lucia (the train station). Zattere is also the stopping point for the Alilaguna water bus service from the Marco Polo Airport. You may of course also take the Vaporetto line 2 to us from either of these two terminals.

- The master bedroom is spacious with a double wardrobe. It also has a working area with a beautiful view across old terracotta roofs. The smaller bedroom has a sofa bed that can be used as a double bed or split into two single beds. if you are only two, this can also be used as an extra living room. There are two inflatable mattresses available, preferably for children, so it is possibe to cater for more than 4 people.
