and will be returned in full if no damages to the house or its contents
are found, after satisfactory inspection of the house within three
weeks of their departure.

- There are two full, modern bathrooms in the house: * one is in the hallway at the entrance to the house * the other full bathroom is on the second floor, next to the bedrooms. Both bathrooms are modern and bright, with a view of the garden. Well-lit at night. Standard sink and bidet, large shower, etagere and low table for your cosmetics. Decorative hooks for your bathrobe and plenty of soft towels of all sizes. Large mirrors in the bathrooms and in the corridor. Beautiful Italian tiles on the walls and windows overlooking the garden. Occasionally and especially in the summer, Umbria has a scarcity of water in many areas, but with our extra reservoirs, you'll never be lacking for a vigorous jet of water in your shower. But, please remember to lock the front and back doors when you leave the house and to run the clothes washing machine and dishwasher only when full. Thank you.

- The house has two double bedrooms with comfortable, large double beds and one single very special bedroom with an authentic Napoleonic 'boat' bed (single and a half) which everyone wants to claim for themselves....... The Master Bedroom has a large, queen-sized, antique bed. The large wardrobe, the four-drawer dresser and the chairs are all antique pieces that have been in the family for a long time. A small, ivy covered terrace is right next to the bedroom and invites you to relax under the umbrella with the sounds of the village as an authentic, local backdrop. The Guest Bedroom next to it with its turquoise wrought -iron large double bed is sunny and bright and happy . The smaller, pink, Napoleon bedroom completes the second floor. The modern, full bathroom is in the corridor, in front of the rooms. The downstairs room is used as a spacious laundry/ironing room complete with a washing machine, clothes dryer, ironing board, etc.
