A deposit of 25% of the total price is required on booking to reserve the property.
The balance is due 8 weeks before the start date of the reservation and will be notified on booking.
A refundable security deposit cheque is held as a bond until 10 days after the stay.
Conditions for lets longer than 2 weeks will be negotiated.
Cancellation arrangements apply as on booking form.
We have B & B facility near St Albans/Heathrow/ Luton/Stanstead airport for travelers whose flights or drives bring them into the London area late or if they need an extra night before flying home after leaving the apartment- holiday lettings reference. The location in Hertfordshire near many historic towns and the Chiltern Hills is well worth a visit.
