- Changeover day is Saturday. Arrival after 4pm. Check out before 10am and all beds to be stripped. A 20% non-refundable deposit is required on booking. If the deposit is not received within 14 days, the property will be removed from not being booked. The remaining balance is due 12 weeks before arrival. A security deposit of £750 is payable on 1 week prior to arrival and refunded within 1 week after departure. There is a surcharge for the heating if guests require it on during their stay. Linen and Towels are provided.
- Low/Mid Season - Change over days can be flexible and short breaks are available. Please contact the owner for rates.
