Rates include: Villa for 14 persons, cooker, housemaid, and gardener: 8 hours daily, Sunday/ bank holidays: 1 staff/4hours. Baby cot. Sheets and towels changed once a week. Final cleaning. Electricity, gas, heating and air conditioning used with doors and windows closed, in case of a non respect, an extra cost will be charged.
Are not included: food and beverages, staff tips and extra hours, additional staff such as caretaker, driver, and baby sitting...In winter, pool heating.
The apartment for 2 persons if for rent for an extra-fee, it is a very nice accommodation to increase the capacity of the villa or to give a more separated accommodation to your guests. For the rate, please take contact with the owner. - Contractual booking deposit: 33% rent

The staff is here for you: days of the week: 8 hours. On Sunday and bank holidays, one member of the staff will be available 4 a.m.
