Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- When making a booking, there will be a booking fee of £250.00. We will ask for the rent two months in advance. Upon payment of the rent the booking fee originally held reverts to being the deposit, to be held against any damage of breakages that may occur during your term of occupancy.
We would like to assure you that we will not withhold any part of the deposit until we have your complete agreement.
Bookings generally run from Saturday to Saturday. We ask that you arrive after 4pm, and at the end of your stay to leave by 10am. This is so that the house can be cleaned and brought up the standard ready for occupation as it will be prepared for you before your arrival.
Towels (not beach ones), sheets duvets and pillowcases are supplied.
On arrival you'll find a welcome pack of milk, fresh fruit and a bottle of our very own Casa del Lauro extra virgin olive oil. The swimming pool is open from 7 May until late September. - We are happy to accept payment in euros, at the rate of exchange on the day the booking fee is paid and when the rental is paid at a later date.
When sending funds to our bank in Italy which must be converted into euros, we would expect you to settle any transfer or commission charged by our Italian bank.

- The bathroom which can be ensuite with the master bedroom, has a shower fitment attached to the bath taps. Both bathroom and shower room are modern and in immaculate order. The shower cubicle is very spacious. The clothes washing machine is in the washroom (lavanderia in Italian), which is under the loggia, approached from the pergola. There is also a large wash hand basin there for hand washing or to rinse out your bathing attire. The water softener is also housed in the washroom.
