Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Note 1. Rentals include the provision of linen ( including towels for the swimming pool) and cleaning costs on departure.
Note 2. A 25% deposit ( non-refundable) is required on booking with the balance payable not less than 6 weeks prior to arrival
Note 3. There is a 600 Euro Security Deposit payable at the time of settling the outstanding balance. It is repayable in full (less any costs of damage) within 2 weeks after departure
Note 4. Payments of rental are to be made in Euros by means of bank transfer to the owner's nominated bank account in France. For late bookings, payment may be made in cash to the agent.
Note 5. Winter and any long-term monthly lettings at rates to be negotiated will include an additional charge to cover heating, electrical and telephone costs. - Note 6. The pool is open as from Late Spring and is heated apart from during the High Season with the cost included in the above rental rates. On request near the time of arrival (if the weather is inclement), the heating may be turned on in the High Season but this will incur an additional charge of 10 Euros a day payable in cash on departure.
Note 7. The property is managed by two separate and highly reputable agencies - Keysitting ( Jean-Claude and Florence Perez) who maintain the villa, garden and pool; and Duche Property Services (based in nearby St Quentin La Poterie and run by Phil and Rae Stuckey). Duche Property Services administer all bookings, cleaning and meet and greet services and are available throughout your stay in the villa to consult on local activities. - Note 8. The Owner of the villa is Rupert Wiles, a retired gentleman based in West London but a frequent visitor to France and Australia. He himself occupies the villa with his family at times throughout the year
Note 9. 2013 will be the second year that the Owner has advertised his property through HomeAway. The villa has been successfully let in the past through a locally based French agency (now withdrawn from this market). Previous guests have always thoroughly enjoyed their stay.

- The principal bathroom is attractively tiled throughout with a terra cotta floor. There are tiled steps leading to the bath which has its own shower and shower curtain. Hand rails have been installed to assist getting into and out of the bath. There are two basins with underneath cupboards and a large mirror and a large heated towel rail. A toilet is also situated in this room. The shower room is next door and is also attractively tiled throughout in similar colours to the bathroom. The separate toilet at the other end of the villa has a basin and is located in its own private area within the laundry room below the mezzanine. As a result it is of particular use to any guests using the fourth sleeping area in the Mezzanine.

- The attractive bedrooms are tiled with soft coloured terra cotta flooring. The principal double bedroom is very spacious and is located at the front of the property. The second of the two double bedrooms is smaller and together with the third bedroom look out over the terrace leading to the swimming pool and garden. Although there is no air conditioning all the bedrooms remain comfortable as the villa is situated on top of a hill and attracts cool breezes. There are nevertheless fans available in the villa if the need so arises. Each bedroom is equipped with adjustable mosquito netting as required. The sleeping arrangements in the Mezzanine are provided for by a comfortable 'clic clack' ( ie sofa bed) which will sleep two adults. There is a wardrobe with shelves for storage and bed side tables with side lights. There are windows which provide plenty of light and air. The Mezzanine looks over the dining area and is very private and quiet once other guests have retired to bed
