* A security deposit of US$250 may be required. This will be refunded at the end of your stay once there are no breakages and / or damage to the property - fair wear and tear excluded. - Cancellation Policy
90 days or more prior to arrival-100% refund of deposit
61-89 days prior to arrival- forfeit 25% of deposit
31-60 days prior to arrival-forfeit 50% of deposit
30 or less days prior to arrival-forfeit 100% of deposit

There can be no refunds due to airline delays, weather or acts of God.
