Our Florida Villa is a single storey four-bedroom/two bathroom home with private swimming pool. The family/living room is ideal for relaxing after a hard day at Disney. The large patio doors give a good view of the pool. There is a separate dining room at the front of the house for that more formal dinner. The master bedroom is en suite with a king size bed, walk in closet and cable TV. The en suite bathroom includes a double single sink vanity unit, a separate bathtub, shower and a toilet. The other three bedrooms comprise twin & double-bedded rooms. The second bathroom has a single vanity unit with it is own toilet and combined shower bath. The washing machine and tumble dryer are located in the large, double garage.

The swimming pool is completely screen to keep the bugs out and is surrounded by a good amount of cool decking, ideal for that all-important Florida suntan. The swimming pool has a solar system plus an electric heater (should you choose to have the pool heated) for those cooler winter days. In addition, you have a lake view and you could actually see the fireworks from Disney at night while enjoy a glass of wine and the beautiful pool.

Our villa is located just off US Highway 27 approximately 8 miles from Disney marker on the 192. Just 30/40 minutes from Orlando airport, close to all major attractions including the Disney Parks just 10-12 minutes away, Sea World and Universal Studio are only a 20-30. There are numerous golf courses near by (the closest being 5 minutes North on US Highway 27) and airboat rides are within a 30-minute drive. The Kennedy Space Center and Cocoa Beach out on the East Coast are approximately 60 minutes drive and in the other direction, you can reach Clearwater & St Pete's beaches on the Gulf Coast within 90 minutes.
