You can rent the villa less than 1 week. The daily rates are:
Low/high season:
€ 150/170 per day for 1 to 4 persons (minimum of 3 days)
€ 250/270 per day for 5 to 8 persons (minimum of 3 days)
€ 350/370 per day for 9 to 12 persons - What is included in the rates?
In the rental rates are included: manager, assistant, house personnel, gardeners, security guards, towels, bedding, linen, water, electricity, transfer from the airport to the villa and the government taxes.
The villa is fully furnished. Guests are also allowed to use the free mobile phone but they will have to buy a prepaid card (you can ask the manager) and the high speed Internet.
Please note that a 30 % deposit must be paid within the 7 days following the booking and the balance is to be paid 30 days before arrival. - Contractual booking deposit: 30% rent
