There are two comfortable double bedrooms on the second floor, each with great views over the Lucca valley. The bedrooms share a bath which has double sinks, toilette and bidet and a large shower. The wing Paganini is a small and private space, perfect for two. The living room is comfortably furnished and features a raised hearth fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped with range, oven, refrigerator, freezer and dishwasher. The master bedroom is very large and has a sitting area and double doors leading out to the rear yard.

The wings Boccherini and Catalani: There are two units connected to each other. The wing Boccherini, one the ground floor, has a large kitchen/dining room/living area that is full of light and very comfortably furnished. The kitchen, like all of the others in this complex, is new and fully equipped. There are a master bedroom and also a twin bedded room in this unit and the large hall bath is shared by both of the bedrooms. At the top floor there is the wing Catalani. The lofty and very large kitchen/dining and living room space takes full advantage of the great views toward Lucca from three large windows. There is also a fireplace and two large sofas.
