Palm Beach Condo Details
IMPORTANT NOTICE: The condominium association rules for this condo are that the minimum lease per year is six months. A yearly lease can be renewed again the following year to the same tenants. If a tenant wishes to stay for less than six months, then this can be negotiated with the association. However , the fee will be similar to six months rental income.
Yearly rental : Tenants can choose to stay for one whole year and even renew for the following year. The condo has luxurious furniture but this can and has been stored in the past when tenants wished for an unfurnished condo. A truly wonderful place to live. Great pool, gym, tennis courts, beach, close to some of the finest hotels of Palm Beach!
Seasonal Rent: A tenant can choose to stay for the season. Typically this begins Sept/October and lasts through April. Minimum lease is six months (association rules). A better price will be negotiated for leases six months or more.
