This farmhouse is located near Radicofani in the Tuscan countryside. Only 1 km away is the small hilltown of Radicofani featuring several restaurants and shops. (4000 m2) This traditional Tuscany farmhouse has a private swimming pool (6m x 12m) with lounge chairs and umbrellas. There is also a table and chairs for ?al fresco? dining and a barbecue. There is plenty of outdoor parking.

Interior Description
(250 m2) Keeping with the traditional Tuscan style, this restored farmhouse has retained its original stone walls, wood-beamed ceilings, terracotta tiled floors and classic brick arches.
Ground floor: Opening up into the living/dining room, there is a large couch arranged in front of a fireplace and satellite TV. There is also a stereo, CD player, DVD player, dining table and chairs for up to 16 guests. This well-equipped kitchen features an electric cook-top, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, American coffee maker, Italian coffee maker, kettle, breakfast table and chairs for up to 4 people. On this floor there is a bedroom with a 180 cm king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a sink, bidet, WC and bathtub with a hand-held shower head. There is a separate bathroom with a sink, bidet, WC, washing machine and a bathtub with a hand-held shower head.
First floor: 15 stairs spiral up to the first floor with six bedrooms. The first bedroom has a fireplace with a 180 cm king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom with a sink, bidet, WC and bathtub with a hand-held shower head. The second bedroom has direct access to the terrace and a 180 cm king-size bed with an en-suite bathroom with a sink, bidet, WC and bathtub with a hand-held shower head. The third bedroom has a 180 cm king-size bed, an 85 cm single bed and an en-suite bathroom with a sink, bidet, WC and bathtub with a hand-held shower head. The fourth bedroom has a 180 cm king-size bed.
