Shared: equipped outdoor area, barbecue, swimming pool (6x12) (26/5-29/9) with sun terrace (attention: only two deck chairs per apartment are available at the swimming pool). Comfortable rustic-sytle furnishings. Parking. Baby-bed available Central heating.

(120 m2) Gr. fl.: spacious living/dining room (TV) with divan bed and fireplace, kitchenette (oven), large living room with large windows, 1 twin bedded room, 1 bathroom with bath (washing machine). 1st fl. (spiral staircase): 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower. CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: arrivals must take place between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m.LOCATION: 2 km Gaiole in Chianti (various shops, tennis court, horse riding), 4 km from Radda in Chianti and 25 km from Siena.
