The house is located close to Porto Santo Stefano, in one of the most beautiful areas of Monte Argentario and enjoys splendid views over the coastline underneath. At guests' disposal: large terraced garden (about 900 m2) surrounded by typical Mediterranean plants. Private access to the equipped rocky beaches underneath (for the sole use of guests staying at Cala Piccola - free entrance for 4 persons only, extra people pay 5,50 / per day). Bus service available during summer months (included in the rental price) from the house to the beaches.Parking.

Gr. fl.: large terrace (75 m2) equipped with garden furniture and barbecue with wonderful views over the coastline, living-room (TV), kitchen (oven, freezer, dishwasher) with dining area, 1 bathroom with shower, living-room with double sofa-bed. Lower gr. fl.: 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with bunk bed, 2 bathrooms with shower. CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: Arrivals on Saturdays between 17.00 and 20.00. Arrivals after 20.00 will not be accepted.LOCATION: the charming touristic town Porto Santo Stefano with all kinds of shops 5 km, Grosseto about 35 km, Siena about 90 km, Roma about 180 km.
