Popular attractions include the famous towers, the 12th century Duomo, the People's Palace, and several museums dedicated to artwork and archeology. This ancient and restored 17th century farmhouse is situated 300 meters from the small town of Vico d'Elsa. There are views over the Tuscan countryside, including San Gimignano. The garden has bright flowers and olive trees as well as a landscaped lawn. There is a covered terrace furnished with a table, chairs, and a barbecue and a roman staircase leads to the private swimming pool (6m x 12m). Parking is available within the property grounds.

Ground floor: There is a living room with a couch, fireplace, and satellite TV. Passing through an arch leads to a room with a small table with four chairs. The kitchen/dining area is equipped with a cook-top, oven, freezer, toaster, microwave, American coffee maker, and dishwasher. The first bedroom has a 160 cm queen-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower. The second bedroom has two 90 cm single beds and an ensuite bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower. There is a third bathroom with a sink, toilet, shower, and washing machine.
First floor: There is an open parlor with a billiards table. The first bedroom has a 160 cm bed and an ensuite bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower. The second and third bedrooms each have two 90 cm single beds. There is a second bathroom with a sink, toilet, and Jacuzzi bathtub with a handheld shower.
