The nearest town to this villa is Montespertoli, and it is definitely filled with enough fun things to do so that you should never get bored. Exterior Description
This villa is beautifully made of brick and stone and has wood shutters. A large garden has a gazebo furnished with a table and chairs and is near the barbecue, making it perfect for al fresco dining. There is another table outdoors but it is uncovered. A private swimming pool (12m x 6m) is furnished with loungers and umbrellas and is surrounded by panoramic views of the countryside. The owners of the property live in an adjoining former barn, part of the main house, but have a private entrance and do not use the swimming pool. Parking is available within the grounds.

Ground floor: The bright living room features a couch and coffee table and it is equipped with a satellite TV, DVD player, CD player with a selection of CD?s, a fireplace, and a piano. The kitchen has a cook-top, oven, refrigerator, two freezers, a toaster, a microwave, and a dishwasher. There is also a dining area with a wood table and 10 matching chairs. One bedroom is furnished with a 160 cm queen-sized bed and the second bedroom is furnished with two 90 cm single beds. There are two bathrooms, each with a sink, toilet, and shower. On this floor as well is a laundry room with a washing machine and ironing facilities.
First floor: The first floor features a living area equipped with a satellite TV, DVD player, CD player, and a fireplace. There is one bedroom with a 160 cm queen-sized bed and an en suite bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower. There are two more bedrooms, each with two 90 cm single beds. There is a second bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower. A second kitchen has a cook-top, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and freezer with a dining area.
