  Includid cost:
  -all utilities: electricity consummation only up to 300 kwhs per week
  -linen and towel change weekly
  Service at additional cost to be paid on the pemises in cash:
  -obligatoy cleaning during the week: 3 hours per 3 days per week for a total of 150 euro
  -telephone: according to use
  -heating. 350 per week
  -electricity: consummation in excess of 300 kwhs charged at 0,60 euro per kwhs
  Security deposit: 1.500 euro refundable deposit due in cash at arrival. It will be returned on check out, after the state of the property has been checked and subject to the deduction for damage caused and or paymant for additional service.
  Booking notes:
  40% of the rental price to be paid on the act of booking through bank tranfer.
  60% as balance of the rental price to be paid 40 days prior to the day of arrival and beginning of location

  Normally the day of arrival and departure is Saturday
  Check in between 4,00 pm and 7,00 pm
  Check out is to arrange no later than 10,00 am
