Location
This villa is just a five-minute drive from the village of Monterchi (near Arezzo), which has restaurants, pizzerias, and shops. Throughout July and August, free music concerts are held in the gardens of the Madonna del Parto museum. This is also a great area for walking, cycling, and riding. The beautiful town of Arezzo is just half an hour away by car, with excellent train and autostrada connections to the rest of Tuscany. Arezzo, the setting for Roberto Benigni's "Life is Beautiful," is a city characterized by a beautiful array of architectural styles, from Etruscan ruins to the Roman amphitheatre and the Medici Fortress. The first weekend of each month features a popular antique fair. Arezzo also has a train station, convenient for accessing other cities in Tuscany. The location of this holiday home is also well situated to day trips throughout the region, including nearby Cortona and Lake Trasimeno, as well as Florence and Siena.

Exterior Description
Dating back to the 17th century, this former mill is surrounded by 10 acres of its own land and woods. The private swimming pool (10m x 5.5m) is fenced for the safety of any little ones in your party. There is also a play area with a swing, slide, and other toys for small children. Next to the mill there is a converted tobacco smoking tower which is now the residence of the owners; however, they ensure complete privacy for all guests.

Interior Description
Ground Floor: Entering into this villa, you will find yourself in a "summer garden" room, which includes a dining area with seating for six as well as a kitchen fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, cook-top, oven, toaster, and Italian coffee maker. There is also a laundry room with a washing machine and a guest WC (sink and toilet).
First Floor: Upstairs there is a large living room with comfortable seating and a wood stove. There are also two bedrooms on this floor, each with a 160 cm queen-size bed and an en suite bathroom with a sink, toilet, and bathtub with showerhead.
Second Floor: A spiral staircase from the sitting room leads to the second floor, where there is one room with two single beds (can be combined upon request). It has an en suite bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower.
