This farmhouse is near the ancient medieval village of Lucignano, with all the daily conveniences of restaurants, newspapers, pharmacies, cafes, grocery stores, and the post office. Visit the larger hilltop town of Monte San Savino with its historic castle, or Cortona, an ancient Etruscan town with great artistic, architectural and cultural attractions from different epochs. You can take the train from Arezzo into Rome or Florence.

Exterior Description
(7000 m2) Feel at home in this traditional two-story stone and brick Tuscan country farmhouse. Although easily accessible and not remote, no other homes are visible from the house or grounds. The building has been meticulously restored, keeping the original elements of beamed ceilings, brick arches and exposed stone and brick interior walls. There is even a large private parking area with a garage. For your enjoyment, this farmhouse has a private, unfenced swimming pool (6m x 12m) and terrace with outdoor shower, full size bocce ball court, a large manicured lawn with gardens, including a vegetable and herb garden. Enjoy the country air as you barbeque or bake a pizza in the outdoor bread oven. There are covered terraces in the garden areas perfect for al fresco dining. There is also an attached guesthouse available for rent along with the farmhouse: Podere Prisca with Guesthouse. Access to the farmhouse is via an unpaved road of 400 meters.

Interior Description
The Farmhouse (338 m2)
Ground floor: Separated by three brick arches are the living room, dining room and kitchen. A sunny living room, decorated in traditional Tuscan country style, is located on the ground floor with a large open wood-burning fireplace. There is a dining room and table for seating of 8-10. The eat-in kitchen has traditional rustic shelves with a hand-decorated hutch and is cozy with modern appliances, including a dishwasher, oven, gas cook-top and electric brazier. The opposite side of the kitchen is a bathroom with a sink, toilet and shower. A study has a desk and 90 cm single day bed. There is a TV room with direct access to the garden and pool area. There is a laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board that has plenty of storage space. The villa has been decorated and furnished in traditional Tuscan country-style, with characteristic colors, fabrics, and antique pieces for an authentic and comfortable Tuscan experience.
First floor: A stone staircase leads upstairs to the high-ceilinged, airy sitting room. On this floor are four bedrooms. The first bedroom has a 160 cm queen size bed. The second bedroom has a 160 cm queen size bed. The third bedroom has a 180 cm king size bed. The fourth bedroom has one 90 cm single bed. There are two bathrooms on this floor. The first bathroom has a sink, toilet and shower. The large second bathroom has a sink, toilet, and shower with a separate Jacuzzi tub.
