This farmhouse apartment is located in the Commune of Monte San Savino, within the province of Arezzo. Monte San Savino, about a 5-minute drive from this apartment, is a romantic medieval walled city of less than nine thousand inhabitants. In town you can find various stores, local craft shops, restaurants, and supermarkets. The town market is every Wednesday in the main square. Every evening in the summer, there are theatre productions in the open-air amphitheatre and winter evenings offer all types of plays in the ancient theatre. Arezzo, also nearby, is a city characterized by a beautiful array of architectural styles, from Etruscan ruins to the Roman amphitheatre and the Medici Fortress. The first weekend of each month features a popular antique fair. Arezzo also has a train station, convenient for accessing other cities in Tuscany.

Exterior Description
(70,000 m2) This farmhouse sits on a private property on the border of the Chianti. Beautiful walks and mountain bike trains wind through 700 olive trees, woods, and iris fields. There is even a little pond beneath the shade of Italian poplars. The farmhouse has been renovated and divided into three apartments: two on the ground floor and this one, comprising the whole first floor. The garden includes a shared swimming pool (10m x 5m) with Roman steps and a gazebo with a dining table in the garden.

Interior Description
First Floor: Entering into this apartment you will find yourself in a large open-plan room including the sitting area, plasma satellite TV, dining table for six, and a kitchen-island including a microwave, oven, cook-top, dishwasher, and coffee machines (American and Italian). Two windows overlook a splendid panorama of Monte San Savino. To the right there is one bedroom with a 160 cm queen-size bed and an en suite bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower. To the left of the living area is a second bedroom, also with a 160 cm queen-size bed and an en suite bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower. This apartment also has a washing machine and hair dryer.
