(5 hectares) This old Tuscan farmhouse, surrounded by olive groves and vineyards, is situated in an elevated position overlooking the surrounding countryside, offering a lovely view of the hills in the distance. You can relax in a well-kept garden with charming, secluded nooks, a barbecue, and steps leading down to a panoramic shared swimming pool (12m x 6m) with a Jacuzzi tub. The villa, recently restored, has been divided into two large apartments with independent and private outdoor areas. The house is decorated with restored antique furniture, terracotta floors, open-beam ceilings, and frescoes on the walls. From the living rooms there is access to a shared laundry room and garage.

Ground Floor: An independent entrance leads into a large living/dining room with Satellite TV, a fireplace, and a sofa-bed suitable for sleeping one. An open-plan kitchen is equipped with oven, cook-top, and dishwasher. There is a bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower.
First Floor: Upstairs you will find two bedrooms, each with a 160 cm queen-size bed. There are also two bathrooms, each with a sink, toilet, and shower.
