Location
On the Tuscan Isola D'Elba, this villa is located on the bay of Marina di Campo, with the largest sandy beach of the island just a short walk from the villa. The town itself offers many services and shops. In its center you will find the old fishing village, a little port, and picturesque painted houses, all dominated by an ancient Pisan watchtower. There is also a lovely seafront walk, a popular meeting place in the evenings. The island of Elba itself is an ideal location for sports enthusiasts and those seeking a more active holiday, as it offers a perfect combination of sea, sport, and nature. A large part of the island is protected, as it is part of the National Park of the Tuscan Archipelago. The climate is very mild and there are more than 70 beaches along the coastlines of the island. However, if you get tired of the island life, Elba is also well connected with the coast in Piombino. A ferry takes 50 minutes to reach Portoferraio, the main city of the island. Piombino is about two hours from Florence and various other excursions are possible on the mainland.

(2,000 m2) This villa has a gorgeous, well tended, completely fenced garden with various areas incorporating garden furniture, tables and chairs on the patio for al fresco dinners, and a large built-in barbeque. A spacious lawn area is bordered by trees and bushes. There is also a badminton court in the garden. Private parking is available inside the property.

Interior Description

Ground Floor: Upon entering this villa you will find yourself in a lovely living room with couches, satellite TV, and large fireplace. There is also an open dining area with a table seating ten to twelve. The living room has terracotta flooring and French doors that open onto the patio, overlooking the garden with roses and olive trees. The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine as well as a second dining table with seating for six. Beyond the kitchen a door leads into a small bedroom (formerly for the maid) with one twin-size bed, and an adjacent bathroom with sink, toilet, and shower.

First Floor: Up 16 stairs there are four bedrooms. One room has a 160 cm queen size bed and an en suite bathroom with sink, toilet, bidet, and tub with handheld showerhead. The second room has two twin beds (can be joined upon request) and an en suite bathroom with sink, toilet, bidet, and tub with handheld showerhead. The third room contains two twin beds (can be joined) and the fourth room has one single bed. They share a bathroom with toilet, sink, bidet, and tub with handheld showerhead. There is also a fifth room upstairs but it is not open for use, as it is used for storage. Between the bedrooms, in the first floor corridor, there are some steps.
