- The balance (80%) needs to be payed latest 6 weeks before the beginning of the rental.
Cancellation:
- For any cancellation taking place before the 6 weeks prior to the rental the deposit shall not be reimbursed. Nevertheless the deposit is valid for any other booking you would like to do during the same year calendar.
- If you do cancel within the 6 last weeks period before the rental, you wont be reimbursed of the total amount unless a new renter is found for the same period.
For your peace of mind and safety we encourage you to take an insurance with Europ Assistance ( cancellation, accident and damages,..) or an extension of your Third Party Liability in case your residency is in France. You can find the details of Europ Assistance on the same site. - Before living you are asked to tidy up the house, to do the last washing up and evacuate the rubbish bin and trash.
You will need to settle an amount of 80 Eu upon departure for the cleaning of the house after checking the condition and inventory of the house with our representative. - Contractual booking deposit: 20% rent
