Location
Magliano in Toscana is the nearest town to the farmhouse at seven kilometers away. Here there are markets, restaurants, cafes, a newsstand, a post office, and a pharmacy. With Sienese walls and its origins dating back to the Etruscan times, Magliano in Tuscana is known today for its witches' olive tree, or Ulivo della Strega in Italian, and is thought to be at least two thousand years old. Once the site of ritual dances in pagan days, many believe the tree is still haunted today. The nearest beaches are in the town of Talamone, home to where the Romans victoriously conquered the Celts. On a hill behind the beaches lies the 15th century Talamone Castle, a fortress built to defend the Sienese against battle attacks. The castle also offers beautiful views of the sea, making it a definite site to be seen. Possible day trip destinations include Grosseto, with its Medicean Walls and ancient cathedrals, and Orvieto, unique for its once secret underground labyrinth of caves and tunnels.

(5 hectares) The farmhouse is made up of two units and has a beautiful garden with Mediterranean plants, olive trees, and cypresses. There are two outdoor dining areas with tables, chairs, and an antique fireplace that can be used as a barbecue. There is a large grass lawn with a swing set for children. The shared swimming pool (7m x 14m) with a diving board is surrounded by sun loungers. Access to the property is via an unpaved road of two kilometers and parking is available within the grounds for up to four cars.

Ground floor: A large living room has two couches, a plasma TV with satellite, a DVD player, and a stereo. There is a dining room separated by a door from the living room with a long table seating up to 12 people. The fully equipped kitchen has a cook-top, oven, toaster, and dishwasher, as well as an antique fireplace. There is a guest bathroom with a sink and toilet.
First floor: There are four bedrooms on this floor. The first bedroom has a 180 cm king-sized bed and an en suite bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower with a tub. The second bedroom has a 110 cm large single bed. The third bedroom has two 90 cm single beds; and the fourth bedroom has two 90 cm single beds and an en suite bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower with a tub.
