Location
Nestled in the green hills of Tuscany, this villa is located within Arsina, a small community on the outskirts of the city of Lucca, just eight kilometers from Lucca's city center. The property is accessible via a paved road, and there is a bus stop 1.3 meters away. The city of Lucca is worth enjoying simply for its medieval charm, but there are also a number of interesting sights to visit. The Duomo di San Martino and the Church of San Michele in Foro are both gorgeous examples of period architecture, while the Casa di Puccini, where the composer was born, has been transformed into a small museum in his honor. You can also climb the 130 foot Torre Guinigi, but on the other hand viewing the tree-topped tower from below might be just as enjoyable? and a lot less work!

Exterior Description
(15,000 m2) This 17th century villa has a classic ochre exterior with dark green shutters. It is situated in the heart of the Tuscan countryside, surrounded by olive groves and vineyards. Thanks to its hilltop location, this luxury villa enjoys refreshing breezes and is comfortable even in summer. It has been completely renovated, keeping in mind the original structure and building materials. The gardens (3,000 m2) are filled with roses, camellias, hydrangeas, mimosas, laurels, and bamboo. There is a gazebo furnished with wooden sun chairs, sofas, and armchairs. There is also a swimming pool with a wide deck.

Interior Description
(850 m2) This two-story house has brick floors and ceilings with exposed wooden beams.
Ground floor: The entrance hall, which is completely decorated with frescos, leads into a double sitting room with a large open fireplace. There is also a dining room and a library/lounge with a fireplace. A fully equipped kitchen has a fireplace, microwave, American coffee maker, dishwasher, and washing machine. The ground floor also has a laundry room with a washer and dryer and WC.

First floor: A staircase of 17 steps leads upstairs, where there are six double bedrooms. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and an air conditioning unit. The White Bedroom has a 200 cm large king-size bed and an en suite bathroom with sink, toilet, and bathtub with fixed showerhead. The Blue and Green Bedrooms each have a 180 cm king-size bed with a canopy and an en suite bathroom with sink, toilet, and shower. The Lilac and Pink Bedrooms each have a 160 cm queen-size bed and en suite bathrooms with sink, toilet, and shower. Finally, the Light Blue Bedroom has two single beds joined to form a 180 cm king-size bed (can be separated upon request) and an en suite bathroom with sink, toilet, and shower.
