Solana Villa Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

The above rates are valid for all dates except holidays IE dates that overlap Easter, July 4th, Thanksgiving, Christmas or New Year. These are charged at Peak Rate of £775 per week. All rates are fully inclusive of pool heating and all taxes - these are the final weekly rates that you will pay.
We do not quote low and then add mysterious charges afterwards like booking fees, or cleaning surcharges!!!!
To secure a booking a deposit of £125 per week booked is required.
We operate a security deposit system that requires a refundable deposit to be paid prior to renting, that will be refunded in full following a satisfactory property inspection after you leave.
