1st fl.: (no lift): small entrance hall, living/dining room (TV) with double divan bed, very small room/passageway with double divan bed, kitchen (oven, washing machine) with access on the equipped terrace (35 m2) with a view of the Arno River, 1 large double bedroom (beds can be separated) that has very good lighting and with sitting area (armchair, desk), fireplace and access onto the terrace from where you can enjoy a pretty view that stretches out from the Arno River to Piazza Michelangelo, 1 small bathroom with shower. The living/dining room and the double bedroom have air conditioning. CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: Arrivals must take place by 7.00 p.m.LOCATION: Near Piazza Santa Croce, at the Biblioteca Nazionale (National Library) and just a short stroll away from Ponte Vecchio and the famous Uffizi Gallery.
