Casa Picasso is a spacious attached farmhouse located in a beautiful walled estate on one of the hills overlooking Florence. In the area are many paths and small roads for walks through the trees, with wonderful views of Florence below. It is just a fifteen-minute walk down to the central square in Fiesole where one can take city bus #7 directly into Florence (about a 20-25 minute ride). Please note: The owner prefers long term rentals of 6 months or more.

Interior Description
The house, built on two levels, has been carefully restored, maintaining the original flooring and the wooden beamed ceiling. Downstairs are two bedrooms (one double, and one with twin beds) with 2 bathrooms, and a large room with armoires. This room goes directly to the outside at the rear of the house, and to the laundry room, which is shared with two other apartments. The upper level has a large living/dining room with a fireplace and a small kitchen (dishwasher). The house is furnished with many antiques. The main windows look onto the vineyard, olive trees, and garden. No pets and no children are allowed. Swimming pool available in July and August.
