There's also the bonus of being able to cook for yourself, using fresh produce from the central market around the corner.

Exterior Description
Located in the center of Florence on via dei Ginori, this lovely apartment has been newly renovated. It is located on the 3rd floor (with elevator) of the 16th century Palazzo designed by Baccio D'Agnolo between 1516 and 1520. The Piazza del Duomo is two blocks away, the central market is around the corner, and the train station is a ten-minute walk away.

Interior Description
(102 m2) Third floor (with elevator and additional stairs to apartment): The apartment has windows in every room from which there are splendid views of the Florentine rooftops, the Cupola of the Basilica of San Lorenzo, Giotto's Campanile and the Renaissance garden of the Palazzo Ginori. The apartment has parquet floors, and is furnished with antiques and comfortable modern beds and sofa. There is an entrance/studio with a sofa and a 19th Century writing desk. In the living room is a satellite TV, a sofa, two easy chairs, a low table, bookcase and antique chest of drawers. There is a dining room and steps up to a separate kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, gas stove with four burners, and oven. In addition, there is a small storeroom with washing machine and vacuum cleaner.

One bedroom has a 160 cm queen-size bed with wardrobe and chest of drawers, and the other bedroom has twin beds with wardrobe and 19th century small desk. The bedrooms have double-glazed windows. One bathroom has a tub with handheld showerhead, and another bathroom (smaller, next to the storeroom) has a shower. There is an independent central heating system, and there is air-conditioning in each room. Maid service (which does not included ironing or cooking) can be arranged upon request for an extra cost.
