This independent apartment is located 2 km away from the village of Pergo (grocery and pizzeria), just southeast of Cortona. The city of is an encounter with art, history, and culture. This apartment has its own garden and pergola for outdoor meals, as well as a barbecue. It is located on grounds with two other residences as well as a restaurant, used only for the guests or small special requests. On request, breakfast is possible. The swimming pool is shared (5m x 10m). The property has a panoramic view over the hills toward Lake Trasimeno. There is a shared laundry room with a washing machine and iron. Also available on the property are parking, a barbecue, and a small selection of bicycles.
