A beautiful and elegant villa with two annexes set on a hill with a spectacular view over the Chiana valley. There are equipped, well-tended outside areas around the houses and a shared swimming pool (8x4) (15/5-30/9) in a very panoramic position. There is a small wood to the back. The villa and the annexes are tastefully furnished and all have their own equipped outside areas. All of the apartments have satellite TV. Comfortable furniture with some period pieces. Baby-bed available (Euro 26/week/each).Central heating.

Telephone for Incoming calls only. LOCATION: abt. 1 km away, on the same hill, is the famous medieval town of Cortona (various shops), 13 km Lake Trasimeno.
