(access either from a spiral staircase or from the outside): small lounge with fireplace and divan, 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedded room. Laundry room (washing machine). On request it is possible to organize guided tours of the natural/archaeological itineraries in the area, cooking lessons and typical lunches. Comfortable furniture. Telephone. Central heating. Baby-bed available (Euro 10/week/each).. LOCATION: 200 m tennis, 2 km horse riding school, 8 km Trestina (various shops), 15 km swimming pool, 20 km Cortona, 35 km Lake Trasimeno.
