Location
The farmhouse is located three kilometers from the village of Camucia. Although Camucia has a market, shops, and a train station (making trips to other Tuscan cities easy and convenient), Cortona is where you'll want to spend lots of time and it's only five kilometers away. Cortona is an ancient Etruscan town and is full of art, history, and culture. Tour frescoed churches from the 13th century; explore the original city walls, and then visit an art exhibit in the 16th century fortress. You are also sure to find restaurants featuring delicious Tuscan dishes and ancient tombs dating back to the second century BC. There are plenty of shops selling antiques, crafts, wines, and olive oils, as well as a bank, post office, and pharmacy. Excellent day trip destinations from the property are to Lake Trasimeno, where you can go to beach or play water sports, Arezzo, or Siena.

Exterior Description
(1 hectare) The two farmhouses, converted from two stone annexes, are located on a flat surface of one hectare of land in a very tranquil position. The estate, which is fenced, has vines, olive trees, apples trees, hazelnut trees, and a well-stocked vegetable garden. Truly a farm, there are also a variety of barnyard animals, including chickens. Near the farmhouse is a terracotta-tiled terrace with a table, chairs, and umbrellas, as well as a barbecue and wood burning oven. The shared swimming pool (7m x 14m) is fenced and surrounded by sun loungers and a landscaped grass lawn. Please be aware that although the owners live on the property grounds, they do not use the swimming pool. Covered parking is available for guests.

There is one bathroom with a sink, toilet, shower, and washing machine.
