Old oil mill (360 m2) that has been pleasantly renovated by the owners who live in it during the winter, situated on a hillside only 2.4 km from Camaiore. Beautiful views of the surrounding hills. Peace and quiet. The house is surrounded by a pine grove, olive grove and Mediterranean shrubbery. A swimming pool (4x10) is at the guests' disposal. Parking.
Interior Description
Gr. fl.: equipped portico, small dining room, kitchen (oven, freezer, dishwasher) with old original oven (cannot be used by the guests) and access to an outdoor area with barbecue, living room (TV) with fireplace, dining room (piano) with access to the portico equipped for outdoor dining, swimming pool area and a small terrace, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedded room, 1single bedroom with bathroom with shower, 1 bathroom with shower and bath, 1 bathroom with shower. A wooden stairway leads to the 1st fl.: living room, laundry room (washing machine), 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with bath, hall with access, by means of a few stairs, to the garden. Very comfortable furniture with colonial furniture and some modern pieces. 3 hours of domestic help on Monday and Thursday are included in the price. Central heating. Baby-bed available.
