It is located near the Great Harbor Marina, just a short walk to the center of town. Condo layout is 3 levels with two decks, great views, comfortable accommodations, and deep-water dock, all make it a great vacation rental.
First floor: Entry to kitchen, living room with dining area, laundry room with half bath and sliding glass doors to waterview deck.
Second floor: Bedroom with double bed, sleeping loft with a pull-out sofa.
Lower level: Master bedroom with queen bed, second bedroom with a queen bed, full bath. One bedroom has sliding glass doors to deck.
Very nice and comfortable rental in a great location right on the water. Hard to beat.
Nearby Amenities: Acadia National Park, Southwest Harbor Village, Bar Harbor, ATM/Banks, Groceries, Shopping.
