The remaining 50% is payable no later than 45 full days before the arrival date of your holiday.
If you are booking with 45 or less days before the start date of your holiday, then full payment must be made when booking.
You will only be entiteled to a refund if you cancel with more than 45 full days left before your holiday start date or arrival date.
If you cancel with less than 45 full days left before your arrival date, then you will only be entiteled to cost savings. (10% of total amount).
You must cancel before the day your hoilday is due to start to get a refund.
A £90 booking fee is included in your inclusive amount.
If you cancel the £90 booking fee will be deducted from the amount you have paid us. We will then refund the remaining amount.
There may be a small security deposit which would be refunded after your stay. - Big discounts for smaller groups.

There is a further two single beds in the open plan area. All bedrooms have full length hanging wardrobes, and ample drawer space. The open plan area also benefits from a full length hanging wardrobe with chest of drawers. All bedrooms have mirrors. The master bedroom also benefits from a dressing table with hair dryer. All our bedroom furniture is solid wood mainly oak. This specification is the same in all apartments or levels.
